    Look at what happened with Miami Heat.
    1.Defense means the future, means we can obtain the championship.
    2.In this colleague, there is only one Stephen Curry. 3-points decide regular season, but not for the champion.
    3.Jeff is a great guy who is famous for protecting players,and discipline the team. As the most valuable defence coach in the world.
    Jeff, PLEASE Come here.

    Man hasn't coached since 2007 if you ignored his semi job at Team US.

    That's 13 years ago.

    Mentally I am sure he picked up some offensive moves but it's still not a guarantee at all.

    He is the most stubborn coach so far outside of MDA.

    I was just looking at the stats of the 06-07 team and they were ranked #3 in defense.He brings a defensive mentality which is exactly wat we need,we know harden and russ can score but can we actually stop teams when it's the 4th quarter and we cant make a shot?

    That was still awhile back but you know what bringing him in means you need to bring in bigs. Who are they? Who are the assistant coaches are the question?

    let me get this straight you want a coach that has not coached in decades to coach in 2020 when you have all these coaches sitting there wanting to coach and you have a Long list like Sam cassell Ty Lue Beckey Hammon someone that studied under greg Pop

    “discipline” can’t find in this Rockets team, just look at Daniel House Drama.

    This is why I want JVG coach the team. Bring discipline to the team.

    They really have! I got nothing but love for the man but he would be much more suited to run the Rockets front office with Morey! His offense is another Iso oriented offense which was one of the reasons we never won with Mcgrady and Yao. We need someone like Adleman who understood strength in numbers. We face this problem every year James Harden gets burnt out. Tmac got burnt out.... These Iso plays are predictable and easy to stop come playoffs which is why we need someone that has an offense geared to make it a 5 on 5 game!
