    Nice start. Passing game looked really sharp outside a few drops. Grad transfers WRs look like they'll be big contributors. The run blocking wasn't getting much push but Herman said they were trying to establish the pass early and often.

    Whittington getting hurt is a bummer, hopefully it's nothing too serious.

    He's back on the team but short term punishment remains unclear. Seems both teammates and coaches have a soft spot for him and sympathize with his anger issues.

    OU would be 4 weeks but that’s probably wishful thinking. Kid looked explosive out there. I know it’s UTEP but the WRs looked different out there and that was without Jake Smith.

    Texas favored by 17.5 in Lubbock seems sketchy to me. If I were a betting man I'd stay way the hell away from that. Of course, UT, just based on talent, *should* beat them by 30.

    I'm about 10 minutes behind. I'm "on about" it being a 3 point game each time I posted that. Tech's ridiculous ****ups are all that's keeping this close.
