Congrats to the Nuggets - Didn't quit (unlike the Rockets) - Have a coach who adjusts (unlike the Rockets) - Have stars who don't fold (unlike the Rockets) - Filled with high IQ players (unlike the Rockets) - Utilize all areas of the court (unlike the Rockets) - Did I mention they didn't quit? (unlike the Rockets)
Wooohooo, Denver pulled it off. Comeback kings. Hahahahahaha Clippers choked and the NBA doesn't get their LA favorite teams in the WCF. * Man, what I would give to have a rebounding passing machine like Jokic on the Rockets.
This is exactly what will happen. There is so much slander potential for Kawhi and he will get very little thrown his way.
I honestly feel bad for Paul George.....he really dosent seem like a bad guy and people are gonna go hard at him, even though Kawhi sucked so bad as well.
Dame and CJ are like two drunken bored housewives who don't give two craps and talk **** about anything and everything.
Kawhi deserves zero slander. Dude has won 2 rings in 2 different spots. Clear Top 5 player who's proven himself in the playoffs multiple times. Chose to go home after securing the Raptors its first ring in franchise history. Dude is slander-proof. Paul George on the other hand........WOOOOO NELLY! Let the slander begin!
I just want a star player that is not afraid to show everyone he desperately wants to win the game. Jokic's fat ass is doing everything he needs to do to win a game. Cutting, bringing up the ball, setting screens, moving off the ball, rebounding, shooting, passing, posting up, defense.. He controlled that game because he put his bag on the table then emptied it's contents on the floor. just hoop! such a simple concept.
That tends to happen when you've won two championships and won a couple of finals MVPs. Same reason a Steph Curry doesn't get the same criticism as a Harden or Westbrook. Once you've won, you're not expected to win every time. But when you've never won anything, every additional loss reinforces the narrative you've already established.
