Been impressed with Valdez this year. Wasn't his finest work today but overall he's much better with command and not giving up walks as much

I know it’s not Toro fault today or yesterday but it’s seems like he’s always involved in a blunder base-running situation. Maybe at some point, dusty should stop trying to do bunt and run with toro on base. Seems like he has black cloud over him this year.

 

Framber has become a horse. Even when he allows some runs he just keeps getting outs.

 

The bunt call was most questionable, given that Maldy's been hot and has killed it with RISP.

Nah, don't worry about it. It's just one of those little pet peeve things that annoy me, has ever since whoever the espn guy (Neyer, whatever happened to him?, or whoever), made it up years ago.

 

If we're gonna start bunting with regularity, might want to work in some bunting practice. Those were both horrible.

Hats off Framber. Fourth time through the order (fatigue and familiarity) gets to him, but he is a fierce competitor and a real ballplayer.
