    Widely criticized(myself included) Mike D with the 2nd most wins, best winning %. :eek:
    Hated Kevin McHale with as many wins as the beloved Rick Adelman & more than the beloved JVG. :eek:
    Was Kevin McHale underrated? Is JVG way overrated? :eek:

    I absolutely hated hiring Mike, I thought we really needed a defense 1st guy, I was begging for Thibs like a fool. Dead wrong, Mikes been great. Lead us to our most regular-season wins of all time, really helped blossom Harden, and is behind our now historic offensive seasons.

    A damn shame we didn't win in 17-18. Our window has likely passed, and people will forever Clown mike for not being able to win a ring, being all offense no D, funny enough the same exact critique for Harden.

    McHale got lucky with that 2015 clippers turnaround or else he would've not survived past it, but since they made the WCF, you cannot just fire a coach after that even if it was well deserved. I'm impressed by what MDA has shown this year, even though it doesn't seem like it when I keep harping on his lack of using big guys and small rotations. As much as he deserves to stay, I still would like us see go with fresh blood, a young guy if his flaws contribute to us losing in the playoffs this year. I like to go the Raptors route when they fired Casey , who did a helluva job, but they chose to go in a different direction anyway.

    Mike D'Antoni is 20th all time on wins by an NBA Coach with a .562 record. Amazing career and we're lucky to have him despite all the b.s. he gets called on here.

    And JVG is beloved but overrated.
