Give Harden DWade, Bosh and the East. Or Kyrie and Love. Or AD.

He would have won more than Bron Bron.

    LOL

Basketball is still a team game.

Harden is a great basketball player and he’s carried some of the worst teams to playoffs on his back. Never really had a second star except for 1 year with CP3 and we should have won it all. Definately underrated by national media and casual fans also won’t get the respect he deserves for his style and not winning.

But it’s hard to say he would have won more than Lebron. Peak Lebron is one of the best basketball players ever. He carried some teams even worse than what Harden had to the finals. Harden would be a better offensive player but Peak Lebron is the best all around basketball player the league has ever seen.

Maybe, maybe not. But in the real world one player has multiple titles that gives him leeway over one that doesn’t.

Which teams did Lebron take to finals worse than the role players around Harden?

Maybe his first Cavs team, maybe, but again that was the weak sister East.

Every other team has been hand picked by Lebron and had to have at least TWO all stars on the team.

Give Harden TWO all stars on any of his past Rockets teams and they win it all.

And Harden has been legitimately the top 2 offensive player every season for last 6 years. Lebron cannot say that.

And now that Harden has taken his defense to another level this season it is not even debatable.

Harden plays with another MVP on his team, but Harden is still the Rockets best player.

Lebron may not even be the best player on his own team.

Harden is breaking records held by Wilt and MJ and this is the BS they are pushing?

No offense DWade but this is insulting.

    Comparison is ridiculously unfair.

    Wade not even close.

Harden's steal and block numbers are going to be much higher by career's end.

Harden will have a steals title this season.

Harden will lead League in scoring (3x), assists (1×) and steals (1x).

How many players have this on resume?

    Looking at you Lebron.

His first and last Cavs teams. I’m sorry I don’t actually think Kyrie, Bosh and Kevin Love are actually all stars. He had two-three good seasons of prime Wade and they won. The rest of the guys just put up big numbers on losing teams year after year doesn’t really amount to much especially in the East.

Not to mention Love and Kyrie were always injured. His last finals appearance was what? George Hill JR Smith Jeff Green and Tristan Thompson? That is trash...

Saying Lebron isn’t the best player on his team is crazy. When he sits they are trash. And he’s 37 years old. If this was a 32 year old Lebron they would be heavy favorites for the title. AD is also highly overrated. What kinda top 5 player in the league can’t take his team to the playoffs.

Exactly!! And AD is overrated but he is carrying that Lakers team on offense AND defense.

And your opinion of Kyrie, Bosh and Love may be one way but they were All Stars when Lebron built those teams.

    That is fact.

Give those same players to Harden (East or West) and wins yasmany if not more rings.

Lebron has hand picked his teams from the front office to coach down to the players whether it was Cavs, Heat and now Lakers, his power as a player is unprecedented.

The guy has no excuses for losing as often as he has.

For years he was accused of lacking a clutch gene.

How is AD carrying that team? Do you see how bad they were against the Rockets without Lebron. He can put up numbers all day but it doesn’t lead to team success. AD was amazing today by the way. Sure helped the lakers lose to the Pacers.

I disagree whole heartedly. If Harden has Love or Bosh or Kyrie. We would not have beat the Warriors anyways. Lebron lost to all time great teams. Big 3 spurs with Kawhi. Big 5 warriors. Like it’s not like he’s out there choking. Not to mention The refs won’t ever let us win. Lebron being sponsored by Nike makes him better by default.

Chris Paul was the best player either one of them had every played with. If he was healthy the Rockets win hands down.

The clutch comment has always been funny to me. Just cuz he makes the right basketball play and passes people knock him for not shooting. Yet he still has numerous game winners.

Miami actually went into the luxury tax when they had prime Lebron.

Another instance of a guy stepping up to lead his team to a title vs one who never did. If Harden gave us what Wade did in those Finals then he’d have a ring.

AD is best player on Lakers, his numbers prove it. Lebron is essentially the set up guy and secondary star.

    Think Malone without Stockton.

And the Big 3 Spurs plus Kawhi consisted of an aged Tim Duncan, 6th man Ginobli and Tony Parker who could not defend. They were good but not as talented as the best player in NBA plus 2 all stars in DWade and Bosh.

How do you explain their embarrassment vs. Nowitzki?

    3 all stars vs. ONE.

It's not like Lebron and his all stars were NOT favored in most of these finals.

I mean he guaranteed 7 titles for Miami.

Other than his 1st Finals and vs. Durant led GSW, Lebron and his all stars were always favored to win.
