You've been wrong too much on this. But at least you protect yourself.

No, Abbott closed them at the end of June. There's a few protests from bar owners/workers going on every once in awhile, but they're usually pretty small.

Clubs are still open, though, and they are usually full of maskless people.

They are supposed to be closed as well, but many are operating as "restaurants"

But deaths!! Settings records not in may /april.....or so...nope YESTERDAY!!

setting death records months into this while ny has it under control with cuomo leadership.

Wow no way to spin the final metric ..literally the nail in the coffin.

The virus is only now rolling through Texas - it ran through NY months ago. Cuomo's leadership resulted in 30,000 deaths. Stellar work!

    Texas has FAR better stats.

You have to be honest with yourself. You cannot with a straight face say that Abbott is doing a poor job, and then say that Cuomo and his 30,000+ deaths did a good job. You're simply ignoring facts.

He should have closed up earlier and enforced a stronger lock down and enforced mask usage. He eventually did do that, lo and behold their cases have dropped dramatically. Its not like the rest of country can't learn from NY or Korea or many other places that have got this under control.

You cannot ignore that cuomo was blindsided while trump slept through February.

You cannot ignore that it is end of july and due to failed leadership of abbottabad and de-insantis with all the hindsight and science they had (repug policy) have led us to the most deaths yesterday..
    That is inexcusable! Wow!! July!!!

Its ok as usual you are weeks behind just like we were all calling deaths a lagging indicator. Or with you yet another morbid laughing indicator.

I actually made this post weeks ago and now im just here to click 'post reply'

Can you please at least try to keep up?

I never cared about Cuomo. I've cared about the entire country because it's led by one idiot.

Again, who is the one always bringing up NY in this conversation?

You're obsessed. Or intentionally straying away from the real conversation because you're a troll. It's obviously the latter as others have pointed out.

Thanks for all your excuses and sticking up for Cuomo. Really valuable insights. Meanwhile 30,000 people are dead in NY. Can't ignore that.

He keeps bringing up cuomo because he is scared of the dude and we are at least 4 years away from a cuomo presidency..my suspicion is an italian dude owns his girl..

But for the purposes of more owning this clown lets talk about ny. Same as Italy it was hit hard early. What did cuomo do? Took the bull by the horns and his leadership brought it down while abbottabad and de-insantis pandered to their daddy trump rushing to reopen and no strategy for masks or anything.

Sure enough (as science always wins) ny under cuomo leadership is sitting pretty while we see the highest death numbers in July! We literally should absolutely not be having this conversation now and the difference is no real policy or leadership is happening so now locals here are taking matters into own hands and closing schools. Its gotten to point where this many months in people are literally having to do their own on their own accord. Most here are shockingly doing it which gives inspiration slightly but abbottabad and die to work and economy dan patrick are working for the virus? I mean yeah lets talk ny how can we be like them in July? Now?

You forgot to mention that Cuomo made perhaps the worst mistake throughout the globe's covid crisis - he sent positive covid patients into nursing homes. Possibly the single greatest misstep in the world. Under his leadership 30,000 people died in NY. That's a total failure, no other way to put it.

You are excusing trump for sleeping through february?
Being blind sided early is not an excuse it is a reality you cant accept. This thread is not for you.

Good leadership by cuomo dropped it ...and bad leadership in abbott / desantis / trump has us where we are today. Now..

There is no excuse for that!
    You have nothing.

Its time to look to our defacto leaders like cuomo. And to think i didn't know much about cuomo before this and now I would vote for him perhaps even still that he triggers you like he does ..its hard though since I don't want it to be party...Im about country , and leadership not party ..or pity party in your case.

You suck at this man lol ..i don't typically engage you too much since you are not capable... but like a bad train wreck weeks ago we all saw deaths coming smashing in on july 23 like it has ...I could nt resist and thats on me
