The classy part of the feud between the Shaq and Kobe was when Kobe was being investigated for rape and brought up Shaq’s name and resulted in the FBI meeting with and questioning him.
Even more fascinating to me is sitting back and watching the same people who were in full support of the House blocking many witnesses now suddenly changing tune and seeing them screaming about the senate blocking any witnesses

Yep, but why choose one side? This is a major grey area. Isn't it possible that both made mistakes? What are the outcomes - Kobe's reputation is ruined, accuser's life ruined.....who got worse? A girl is mostly more vulnerable and weaker, so I guess it is natural that people will side with her. I guess the tragedy also made Kobe more sympathetic but potential rape part shouldn't be viewed as right.
There wasn’t a “trial”... Second no not according to the victim but the police that investigated the hate mail, the people that tried to break in her home and the person the police arrested for planning to murder her. Just stop, you sound ignorant. It had reached cringe worthy.
No according to the police and the FBI. The one who lied the most , repeatedly and shamelessly is Kobe. His lies were already picked apart when confronted with the physical evidence. That's why if the victim wasn't terrified for her life, the case wouldn't have been dropped.
