Does anyone else think that contractually Morey was able to hold on to his leverage knowing that Gordon was up his sleeve?

Danuel HOuse helped when there was no gordon, pre rivers, and ennis had a hamstring injury.

With Gordon back, Rivers playing, and ennis healthy.... who cares?

Most overrated Rocket since Trevor Ariza.

House isn’t a bad player, and he knows the system, but Gordon was always going to be ahead of him in the rotation anyway.

House can still help the rotation depth and possibly even start a few games if/when he returns, but I don’t think that would have too much to do with Gordon, it’s more dependent on how Ennis is performing.

The Rockets don’t need House, but having more players that can play won’t hurt.

Gordon is a bonafided MDA rotation player from way back in Phoenix!
Ariza not over rated, and he never been over rated. The defensive plays ariza made time and time again as a champion with the Lakers proved that.

Ariza defensive plays stopped the 2009 22 win streak rockets from advancing, back when ariza was a Laker!

Riverrs only thrived after the rebounding opportunities made in the raptors game on yesterday. Rivers first bucket yesterday was off of offensive rebound by far-'weed'. Rivers drove the lane after a kick out.

Ennis should have been pulled out of the game after that fourth quarter foul on Leonard with leonard was fouled on a fast break. Plus Ennis fouled Leonard on a three point attempt.

Ennis isn't a good basketball player, Rivers has been bricking more than he's been making and Gordon is finally finding consistency. House would still be better than Ennis, and on Gordon / Rivers' off nights, he'd be a welcome sight.

People have to pay attention to the progression of the rockets offensive sets.

It is only after the rockets have established a post presence that they are able to play a spread offense which happened against raptors after far-'weed' '' 8 first quarter rebounds.
Now far-'weed' rebounding numbers fell through 2nd and third quarter. Then far-'weed' gained 5 or so odd number of boards all in crunch time, the fourth quarter.

Ennis didn't dominant with a particular presence inside nor rebounding. It was mostly gang rebounding that kept us honest!

Without inside presence, the rockets offense is just a $35 million dollar James harden cone shooting drill at the three point line! Praying he don't get hurt.

This contract standoff is creating way too much drama here on CF.

Basically, Morey knows he'll resign House, and House knows he'll be resigned.

Morey wants to wait until after the trade deadline so we'll have the most MLE possible if we need it to sign a buyout player. House's agent has told him if he waits until after the deadline, he can probably get some more money.

Nobody's feelings are being hurt, and once it's done, neither side will be upset with the other. Business is business. It just sucks that we have to do without him for a few games.

Ennis should end up being the odd man out. House is flat out better.

    CP3/Rivers
    Harden/Gordon
    House/Green
    PJ/Faried
    Clint/Faried/Nene

Seems like House's feelings are a bit hurt, looking at his Twitter account.

The Rockets are better with both Gordon and DHouse. When Gordon's shot isn't falling, DHouse can more than make up for the lost offense.

He might be bitter that the business end of things sometimes gets in the way. Or who knows how his agent told him this is going to shake down. Regardless, once he signs and that first check hits his bank account, all will be forgiven.

Better to stash him in G-League and preserve him for the playoff push.

The best thing about House is that he can play with our main guys. He can slide to the 4 position for us either to relieve pj or with pj at the 5. I think the starting 3 spot is for EG and GG as backup. This is the rotation i expect MDA to run with a complete lineup.

Daniel House can take Dirk spot too. IDK? Maybe so?

Wesley Matthews hasn't done much lately either. For sure devin harris might be a spot. Or even Powell up in Dallas.

House is smart to wait the process through because he has the experience to make a team. Even Memphis and new New Orleans.

A monumental collapse by houston strengthens his position for other teams to match other offers!
