It's unfortunate his skill set doesn't match his heart, and I say that as one of his very biggest fans. A player with his mentality + the skill set necessary to take over a game would be franchise-altering. Oh, well.
You should also feel bad for him due to the fact that he can't defend well anymore, can't create his own shot, can't make open shots and can't create shots for anyone else. At least he does give effort despite his horribly limited skill set.

Bev's help defense is not that great either. He's being put in a defensive system that requires him to think more than just play one on one D. Ariza is good at both, but I see Bev contribute to communication failure more than he should.
