No... but at the time, they were willing to play him there to get his much needed bat in the lineup... and while he wasn't an elite CF, he wasn't a disaster there. If Bregman is just head-and-shoulders above minor league competition, they'll find a spot here for him (probably not in CF because of the options the Astros already have, but somewhere).

Its NOT really a football stadium (as was discussed yesterday). Was built as much for the A's... in its orginal form, it was actually more similar to the Astrodome (which was also built primarily for baseball).
