In 2015 freedom of speech means saying something in a privacy of your own home where no one can hear.
That isn't true but if you think so because you have a high BMI and don't consider yourself fat do a height/waist ratio comparison. Anything under 2 and your life expectancy drops like a rock. I'm pretty much fine with these personal choices but with fat people taking up more space and weight on airplanes, costing more in a socialized health care I just feel they should pay their share. If they choose to be obese I think they should pay for it.
I pay for my health insurance. You don't. I'm not sick more often than other people and really if you think about it... I'll die of a sudden heart attack at 55 and skinny people will live longer, be a burden on society when they can't pay their health care costs, get cancer and need years of treatment only to die later leaving a big pile of unpaid hospital bills after years of suffering. I think I'll help you all out by having a chicken fried steak for dinner and chase it down with a couple (6) tequila shots... you know to lessen my burden on society.
Am I a bad person because I'm not outraged by her video? Am I an even worse person because there are some points where I actually agree with her? I'm asking for a friend...
I don't think you know how health insurance works. I'm saying obese should pay more like smokers do. Except I think both groups should pay much more. Something like japan's metabo law would be good with the new mandate making everyone buy health insurance. Obesity makes you more likely to get cancer. More likely to need years of treatment as a diabetic. More likely to have a stroke, osteoarthritis and a number of other chronic long term issues.
Fat people is gross. Have a look in the mirror and have some dignity. There is no excuse to be fat any longer unless it is health related or illness. Lazyness and gagging on cream soda while swallowing big macs is no excuse. What's more gross is fat women calling themselves curvy. No you're fat, not curvy.
Assholes and idiots can easily stop being assholes and idiots too. Step up your game before you try to shame other people.
Didn't really Keto but had some experience but had a low carb/flexible diet. Here are my tips: - the 1st 3 weeks is going to be hell. you are going to feel like crap and the cravings are going to kick in. thats why losing weight is so hard and there is not sugar coating it. but if you can get past this phase, your body will get used to it and you will start to feel good. I had better sleep, better digestive system, lost a lot of weight, better focus and productivity at work. it really is amazing. If you are starting, I would suggest making small changes initially and adding more strict rules as you go on. 1st week I gave up sugary drinks, 2nd week was dessert, 3rd week was cheese/most dairy, and 4th week was most processed foods and started going to the gym. You don't have to have a strict diet from the beginning.
I don't need to lose that much weight. 10 lbs, maybe 15 lbs if I get carried away. Usually I slim up a bit every summer but this year that didn't happen.
I know how insurance works. Life makes you more likely to get cancer, be a diabetic, have a stroke, and other chronic long term diseases. You could kill yourself and avoid it all but will you? My Grandfather died at 57 of a heart attack. My father died at 50 of a heart attack. Leave me alone I'll be dead soon, but I will have lived a happy life not caring how you or anyone else believes I should live.
Curious, why are people okay with this? If you take good care of your health, as shown by the Seventh Day Adventist, and the life expectancy's in Japan, Monaco, Macau, Singapore Human population averages can be between 85-90 years old, why are people okay with dying in their 50's, 60's and early 70's? That's 10-30 years you could be loosing, I mean that's up to a quarter to a third of your life you could be throwing away, why would anybody want to throw away a whole quarter or possibly 3rd of their life? I hear people say all the time "I don't want to live to be old anyways" then they proceed to puff their cigarette and or eat their happy meal, but lets see if you have the same attitude when your on your death bed 25 years earlier then need be, with a devastated family. Not only think what that means for your self, but think about your spouse having to live the rest of their life alone, think about your kids, possibly your parents having to bury you, I'v seen all of these things in my family, and I can tell you, the "joy" of living a unhealthy life style if not worth it.
