    Simple. The 10 NBA players you would call your favorites, but they must not have ever played a single game for the Rockets. Therefore, Derek Fisher counts/Rod Strickland does not. If you keep it to just 10, props for actually reading.

    I didn't know who Drazen Petrovic was so I looked him up. He was 28 years old and averaged 22 ppg. Then in the summer, he was in Germany on the Autobahn and died in a car wreck. He wasn't wearing a seat belt.

    What promise though!

    He was stuck on the bench in Portland during there great run in the late 80s/early 90s. Gets a trade to Jersey and gets them to the playoffs. Real shame that he passed as those Nets teams with Petrovic/Coleman/Anderson were on their way up and could have become a force in the east.
