This was all forecasted.

What are you talking about. It was forecasted to fall below 60% back in 2002. They knew it was coming. It came sooner because of the great recession which happened BEFORE Obama even took office.

Edit: Okay I admit one guy who kept the race card close to his vest but he was still a hard worker and a good friend. We had many political discussions to which he would jokingly play the race card when he lost. HE did win a few too I admit. He retired and got elected to the city council.

As you can see, the real unemployment rate which includes those who have both given up looking for work AND who have taken part-time jobs instead of full-time jobs is called teh u6 rate. That "real" unemployment rate is lower now than when Obama took office.
