Black Lives Matter is an honorable movement and is in no way racist

Another thing I found interesting about the coverage of the march is that the Minneapolis Star Tribune had one of their black reporters covering the event and issuing live tweets. One of her tweets said something like:

"It looks like there are around 300 people here and there are more whites than colored people'.

I thought her use of the word 'colored' was unusual in this day and age.

 

We need to get over this lame sociological concept of privilege.

I think you're misunderstanding something here.

Only Muslim leaders are required to step forth and denounce all negative or violent actions made by radical Mulims. Leaders of other groups are not required to do that.

Which is? Given the slogan "Black Lives Matter" references only black people, how do you avoid making it a black white issue?

 

Law enforcement officers certainly are not infallible. They have a lot of responsibility but certainly are not infallible.

 

Well that is because the founders (at least 1 of the 3) doesn't have a problem with similar sentiments expressed in the past. Garza acknowledges that a former terrorist, bank robber and cop killer is central to the aims of BLM.

 

You (and many others) keep overlooking the fact that George Soros is the wallet behind BLM... He is the pimp and those are his hoes.

I don't know to what degree Soros finances BLM. It would not shock me. We know that the Tea Party received initial funding from calculated investors.

 

I didn't know that. If that's the case (meaning, she is well aware of that history and think that's how BLM should behave), that's very troublesome and they would lose all my respect.

I was surprised at first too. The first few times I heard it I didn't believe it and viewed it as a smear job. Then I did a basic search and there is lots of information on it and quotes from Garza stating her support for Shakur and that her message is at the heart of what BLM is about... There is also information on BLM hosting a number of radicals that support everything from a black separatist movement to the killing of police officers.

I don't think a lot of people involved in the movement of people that claim they support the movement know what leadership wants/believes in. I won't label a majority of the people that support the movement as racists, but there is no doubt that a lot of the leadership is.

BLM is a group started by 3 black women and they get major coverage in the mainstream entertainment media... That doesn't happen unless a billionaire liberal is backing them and pulling strings.
