Should I get a Moto X style or a Samsung s6? The Samsung is less than 100 bucks more.

Get an S6 if you want the worst memory management of any modern smartphone.

A small camera bump isn't the end of the world, but the Huawei one looks significant as well as an ugly ass bar across the top.

Right now the only phone that's peaked my interest is the Moto X Pure.

I don't mind the camera bump as long as there is some new tech in the camera to justify the bump, otherwise why even have the bump.

I have an S6 and unless you care about small niche features (Voice over LTE, wifi calling, samsung pay, etc..) go with the Moto X. Also when it comes to the most important factor for any phone (cellular reception), Motorola's antennas seem to do the best.

Also the Moto X Pure has proper LTE band support for all 4 carriers so you can switch between carriers with no issues. If I could have a re-do, I'd buy a Moto X over an S6.

I'm sticking with my One. Doesn't seem to be enough of an upgrade to dish out the money.

I can see why but ...
I'm on a 2+ year old galaxy and oneplus two is right up my alley.

If you do happen to come across one, would be much obliged mate.

Ok, I am going to invest in my first real smart phone. I have been carrying around these clunkers that are dirt cheap, and it's getting to the point to where I spend more time trying to fix them, or having to take them back for a replacement than I do using them.

I want to get a really nice phone, but I dont want to have to pay more for it than I do on my mortgage. I would say I'm looking for the lower tier of the top of the line phones, if that makes any sense. My credit is bad, because of old hospital bills that I racked up when I was younger. I tried Verizon the other day, and they want 40% of the price of the phone, as a down payment. Is there a better way to go about this? Any suggestions on what carrier to go with, and what would be a good phone to invest in?

    Thanks.

So tempting... but as of yet not enough VR stuff to justify spending $100.

Specs wise they are both similar but I prefer the OnePlus aesthetics.
The MotoX is beautiful on the front but the back is not, does not flow. (maybe in white or all black)

For me it comes down to the OnePlus 2 being slightly smaller, better design. However, I am surprised that Motorola fit a 5.7 inch lcd on a similar frame but I curious how fast QuadHD display will drain the batter. Would prefer the microSD card and fast battery charging which the OnePlus doesnt have.

    What up, Mikey!

If you want a new phone, motorola has some great budget android offerings. (and they'll work on any carrier) Both the newest Moto E and Moto G are great offerings at a good price. Both of those are sold direct from Motorola (who has its own interest free financing program if you qualify).
