Who do we have on 40 man if Castro goes to DL?

Coming into tonight, Gibson was 2-0 with a 0.61 ERA against us.

After tonight, both those stats improved..... smh

 

Stassi would replace Castro (I think)

I think it would be Max Stassi who would replace Castro if he goes on the DL.

Stassi's stats are at http://www.milb.com/player/index.jsp?player_id=545358#/career/R/hitting/2015/ALL. Looks like he's hit .333 in the 10 major league games he's played in so far. So him coming on board might not altogether be a bad thing.

 

The Astros haven't gotten to 15 games over .500 yet.

That's the least of my worries, though. Just win the division. Record doesn't matter.

It would be Max Stassi. I doubt he goes on the DL given that rosters expand on Tuesday and Stassi will be up then anyway.

Gattis can catch, actually, he is a catcher, not an emergency catcher.

Now, we can use him as an emergency catcher anyway.

 

I'd use Gattis as the backup, with Marwin probably serving as emergency catcher.
