With that 1% left, anything can still happen! As a United fan, is Wolfsburg a team we should be worried about?
You would've trashed them even with de Bruyne playing, imo. They are young and have absolutely no experience in International competition.
I like the draw for Bayern. Arsenal is a decent but absolutely beatable opponent. Olympiacos and Dinamo Zagreb won't mean trouble. Didn't went too well for the other german teams. Leverkusen is fighting for the second spot against Roma, Wolfsburg should be able to compete against PSV and CSKA. Gladbach won't stand a chance.
Sammer just said that Dante is allowed to join another club, rumor has it he'll go to Wolfburg. Asked about a Coman transfer, he said "We'll see". Think he wouldn't say this if a deal wasn't more than possible.
I guess that's the most well balanced group BUT I don't think it's as worrisome a group as some think(for City). After getting pretty crappy luck with group stage opponents the last few seasons, I think City made out well with this group stage draw. Juve as said are still trying to gel their new signings in. Sevilla are a strong team but aren't Barca. Gladbach are a decent team but aren't Bayern. Considering what City had to face the last couple of years I think they can breathe a sigh of relief. I like the draw for all the big teams- Bayern, Chelsea, Arsenal, United, Madrid and PSG. It's not a perfect draw for PSG as they'll probably end up facing one of the giants in the next round but meh maybe they'll luck into facing United or Arsenal. All in all, a good draw for the big teams I think.
 Jeez louise I have no idea what's wrong with my mind these days. I talk about "big teams" and I mention Arsenal and United yet somehow I forget to mention Barcelona. That was an unnecessary unintentional insult by omission on my part. Lo siento!
Feels like middle school dance all over again.. ugggh. First you dont' tell me your mysterious story with Yung-T, then you disappear from the interwebzz and now this... ugggh
SMH look at you tryna suck up to the breh. I bet you sent him these My bad brethren, when Yung-T makes an appearance in Houston to watch the Rockets then we can all have a pow-wow to discuss mysterious stories and the greatness or "non-greatness" of Pep.
Isn't Benatia out for a few weeks? Is Badstuber healthy again or else why wouldn't they just hold onto Dante as cover until Benatia recovers? I might be wrong but did Rafinha come in at CB after JBoateng got red carded vs Hoffenheim? Or who slotted in at CB?
Benatia, Martinez and Badstuber will likely all be in shape in one month. Sammer and Pep trust Rafinha and Alaba at defense, that's why Dante isn't needed anymore, especially as we don't have to worry about winning the league. Sammer also said they won't buy a defender. Dante wants to leave, so holding onto him wouldn't be wise, transfer period ends on Tuesday.
