    I was under the impression that teams could sign vet minimum contracts even if they were over the cap. Are we not able to make another offer once they settle Harrell's contract?

    This is horrible news I really was looking forward to see Chuck Wagon back with the Rockets and teaching TJ and DMo some stuff on how to play defense in the post.

    Montrezl is going to be a semi-marked man if it was done to appease him and get him signed. People respect chuck and the organization does too so I am sure this wasn't an easy move to do.
