Oh please, as if the rest of the world don't consume millions of hours of gun on gun, sword on sword and sometimes sword on gun violence daily through movies and video games.

Actually in most other countries movies and TV shows with violence are treated like NC17 films, in other words, not for children. But if you let gays get married, women get abortions, or potheads smoke a joint, this country has clearly gone right into the ****ter! Americans have no ****ing perspective on anything. This is the most ass-backwards country in the world. We kill people with guns at an alarming rate. Schools are not safe. The workplace is not safe. The home is not safe. There is no other civilization in which gun violence occurs frequently in every facet of life. So wake the **** up. America has an epidemic of violent people. Society has already gone to hell.
Spoilering this picture, a freeze frame of him pointing the gun directly at her. It's like he wanted her to look at him but she never would. Spoiler
Hoping doctors can keep this POS alive long enough to be sentenced...so he can look the face of loved ones and family of the people he destroyed..THEN he has our "permission to die"
This. There was yet another gun incident in a school yesterday that thankfully ended peacefully. Waiting for the NRA press conference where they point out that this guy was exercising his 2nd Amendment rights.
Gun violence is lower than 40 years ago and WAY lower than in times before video games. Blaming it on violent movies and games is bullsh**, the problems lie in other places.
So you don't think it is an issue at all that American society readily accepts violence in entertainment moreso than in other countries?
It's not worse than in other modern countries. And no, when no statistics point to it causing a significant number of more incidents, I don't see it as a problem.
