Little League World Series? His team lost in the finals sometime in the late 90's.

We win because we have great rotation and bullpen and also play very good defense but our lineup has many holes. Some here got mad when we talked about that and said we are very high in run score but that did not mean we have a great lineup, sometimes numbers are misleading. Well, now we see the reality, great pitching average offense.

Thank goodness our pitching staff is so good our #5/6 starter just pitched a no-hitter.

He should get a good talking to by Hinch after this game. That was uncalled for. If there was ever any doubt by the replay reviewer(s), he took it away with that move.

    Most definitely.

Teams with great pitching usually win... regardless of hitting.

Teams with great hitting, and nothing else... usually lose.... regardless of how great the hitting is.

Yeah I agree, Conger shouldn't have done that. Sends a bad message. The Yankees announcers were criticizing Conger for what he did.

It was definitely ridiculous. Always a chance replay officials blow the call, as it has happened before and it isn't like he was going to be the 3rd out. Plenty of time to get his gear on before next inning.

If I was Hinch I'd have told him to get his ass back out there.
