He was 6 inches or less from being safe. Do you expect another hit there off of Kershaw?

Why is the catcher allowed to step in front of the hitter to get that?

What's the percentage of getting a hit off of Kershaw there?

Did you see the lead and jump he had? Kershaw did a great job getting the ball up where the catcher could make the play, anything less and he's safe.

Trying to steal home really doesn't bother me there. I have no confidence in Gattis getting a hit off Kershaw, and Gomez had a really good shot, just broke a little late.

i think it was a great idea and almost worked. If Gomez was going well, most would be ok with it.

Dumb decision. Took the bat out of Evan's hands with a little league play. The way Kershaw is pitching that could be our last shot of the day

It was a decent gamble that almost payed off, but unfortunately the result is a gifted out to Kershaw who was looking like he was on the ropes.

the percentage odds based on what? I don't think you have percentage odds that are based on Kershaw looking away and the size of a lead Gomez had. Percentages don't really work in this scenario

Only reason to not like the aggressiveness is because of the 2-1 count. I liked it though.

Hinch did not call for a steal of home. That was all on the baserunner. Not a bad idea. Had he gone a split second earlier he would have bene safe.
