http://basketball.realgm.com/tradechecker/saved_trade/6613083 who says no? Sac gets some nice young talent in exchange for Boogie. NYK moves into win-now mode. Houston continues to upgrade their roster
Sacramento says no , they aren't giving up Cousins , a legit star and McLemore an early lotto pick for that. Doubt NYK likes the deal either ....
When Brewer can be traded... J Val & Ross For Jones, Brewer & (a first round pick if needed) If / when Howard walk at season's end --> we are still ok next in 2016 - 2017 keeping the championship window open. Center Howard --> Val --> Capella this season. Howard sign a reasonable contract or moves on. Power Foward is more than covered... Dmo --> Montrezl for energy OR Dekker (Del3o's old role) OR Capella / Val to go big OR Hayze veteran leadership OR Ariza mismatch see Delphino. PLUS the promise Ross ( like in a J. Crawford way) Tronto can lock up Jones who fits well with their team and get Brewer's better than average contract replacing Ross, and a pick, too. Their coach like the play of Byiombo and others over Val anyway.
There were rumors about Chicago possibly trading him. But that's probably over now that Thibs is gone.
My trade deadline pipe dream, if Atlanta sputters and they look to cash out. Brewer, McDaniels, Dmo, Dekker for Horford, Korver Lawson / Beverley / Terry Harden / Thornton Ariza / Korver Horford / Jones Howard / Capella All star caliber players at every position.
