I thought he was DMo's best friend or something. Never realized he had an actual job in the organization other than posing for pics. :p

Thanks, Dave! I really enjoyed that! It was interesting to get some perspective as to what it's like developing our young Rockets down in the valley. I like that his comments about Montrezl were all about his motor and work ethic and not about his athleticism - because we can all see he's a hell of an athlete. But there are a lot of incredible athletes in the NBA. His motor and work ethic are what he'll need to rely on to be successful at this level.

Grandpa Lute... what a great lineage. I bet he has some great insight that other coaches don't. Excited to see what happens with the players that play down in the valley.

Surprised to hear that Harden works so hard in practice with all the hangovers and his weight problem I keep hearing about.

He has to say that about Harden, because he works for the organisation. Don't trust a word he says and rather believe CF ''INSIDERS'' who keep saying that Harden is lazy, doesn't have what it takes, isn't mature, isn't a leader, is all about going out every night and getting drunk, has substance abuse issues and whatever else they say...they know what they are talking about and are not just a mouthpiece of the organisation!

For all the flak he gets you don't get to be that good without hard work (unless you are T Mac where your prime is over before you are 25)

Really interesting. Always good to hear some of the things that go on behind the scenes from a new perspective.
