because honestly, it gets old listening to a worker complain that "everyone is lazy and I'm the only one doing work". No you aren't, you're just too self centered to have any effing clue about what other people are doing. And if you don't shut your effing pie hole, you're gonna get let go despite the fact that you think you're the MVP of the workplace.

Have you ever had a massage or had a spa day with your SO? Sounds gay but it's relaxing as hell. May wanna look into it.

    Or smoke some good weed.

I loved the servers that thought they were better than everyone else, while people were constantly having to help then out of the weeds.

Who the hell busts their butt while making minimum wage? You literally cannot make less. What are the consequences of half-assing it? You go on the dole and make more or work at the place next door.

What's worse are those girls coming to work in little skimpy clothes.

So dressing EXTREMELY innappropriate in addition to talking badly about your kids in addition to complaining. Gosh. I would fire them ASAP

And yes, as someone else pointed out...if you pay minimum wage (which you may not be doing) you aren't going to get very good employees.

I'm in the coffee shop biz and we pay our employees pretty well and most of them are excellent at their job.

I misread this as "Work tie" on my phone and was wondering why a laundromat had such strict dress code for its employees.

pay rate has nothing to do with it. I've worked with people who made 6 digits a year and all they did was complain about their co-workers.

My workers are pretty good for the most part. this particular person is the only complainer that I have because she's very self-centered and thinks she's the beeswax.

Pay rate has nothing to do with the quality of employee you get?

Not for this particular aspect of a personality. I have over 10 employees, she's the only one who is always complaining. Even if she made $100 an hour, she'd still complain. Some people just have that in their system regardless of pay rate.

Are the other fry cooks accusing you of not pulling your own weight?

There's a person like that at every job. The brown noser.

He owns a laundromat, not a fast food restaurant.

A laundromat filled with scantily clad teen girls who have a poor work ethic. It could be a sitcom.
