A fan interfered with Valbuena when he attempted to catch a foul ball. Since it was in the stands, there was not a fan interference call. Had the fan reached over the railing and interfered, the umpire could have ruled the batter out.
Yea I agree. I feel like we rely too much on the shift. Are there any stats out there to quantify the effectiveness of the shift?
Anyone that truly says (as opposed to sarcasm) that Correa lacks confidence is spouting idiotic garbage.
Are we ever going to be able to challenge those checked swing calls? I've seen umps miss that call so many times this year
qualls is a maaan! f you fan, responsible for that snowball of ugliness with your orange jersey and glove.
Welcome back Mr, Magoo, take off your Homer glasses and see reality for once. If you asked Carlos about his throws to first he would be the first to admit it is something he needs to work on. Now go bury your head back in the sand.
Not only did they interfere... but they totally whiffed on the catch. So not only are Houston fans not very smart (evidenced more by their wave-starting), but they're also un-coordinated.
