When the radio broadcast said, "great (defensive) play by Tucker", I knew something wasn't right. Blastros can overcome 1 run, though. Tucker might get it back himself.
I think after he got tossed, the additional jawing was b/c he realized got tossed for arguing something out of the ump's control. There was a lot of "well why didn't you tell me that?" from Hinch, and Miller saying "I told you". Miller was saying "It wasn't up to me"...so Hinch was mad that he was arguing something that wasn't actually Miller's call
got it. then maybe hinch was questioning (as brown said) the conclusiveness of the catch/no-catch ruling in order to overturn it since the ball wasn't still visible? Or maybe Miller said the 1B ump had the call on the baserunner, hence Hinch's little extra few words for him. Either way, Verlander is dealing today. Need some late game heroics again
couple of balls fairly well hit by tucker and lowrie around the correa walk. if verlander stays in for 1 more, i think they'll get to him in the 7th..
Tucker with a single and Correa with a walk off HR. Everyone goes home happy  Lets make it happen
