They all go back to normal rest since Fiers was going to be an addition to the rotation.

Then McCullers will slot in wherever he needs to since he just threw an extended bullpen session.

 

Kazmir will be on regular rest tomorrow, so I'm sure he's gonna go.

We were gonna use a 6 man rotation this go round, everybody just gets bumped up a day and they are still on their regular time.

 

They don't need to.

Kazmir will be on full rest. Feldman can pitch on Wednesday on full rest... Etc. etc.

 

I just checked, Kazmir/Feldman/Keuchel/McHugh are/will be all on regular rest if Kazmir goes tomorrow. Then on the 5th day you decide b/t McCullers/Fiers. I really don't know what they're going to do, but they have options.
