In fairness to Deke, he was coming from the other side of the rim. The one on Ewing and the one on Tree Rollins are my favorites. Jordan's the best half court dunker ever. The way he blew past guards on the perimeter, drove all the way to the rim, and then dunked on centers and forwards was just amazing.
Excellent A side note: Look at all that space behind the baselines... they need to clear cameramen/cheerleaders/spectators out of that space out again
Yeah to me it's unthinkable how NBA athletes have no space behind the basket. I'm formerly athletic SG sized overweight dude who crashes and slides behind the basket up to 15 feet all the time, and these flying Tasmanian devils are supposed to fit in in 3feets of space?
What an athlete. Absolutely blazing speed on fast brakes, insane hops, he seriously glides and makes jumping look so effortless.

I had forgotten how fast he was. Defenses had a really hard time reacting before it was too late. Beautiful player.
Yeah, when you have a career average of 30ppg on 50% FG shooting as a SG, I'd say you're pretty good. LeBron: 27ppg on 50% Bird: 24ppg on 50% Kobe: 25ppg on 45% Durant: 27ppg on 48% Dirk: 22ppg on 48% Wade: 24ppg on 49% Iverson: 27ppg on 43%
Most of his best dunks were before the championship years, so most fans didn't get to see. His athleticism in the 80's was crazy.
Lebron, Kobe, Durant, Dirk and Wades PPG are all likely to go down even more as they all age, but i'd also throw in rebounding, assist, steals and blocks to compare.
