No I get it...but even if he was physically here, we wouldn't have to put him on the active roster yet. As I originally said, it's no big deal. Guess I just like the fact that Gomez found a flight and got here as quick as possible to play for his new team, as opposed to Fiers who will get here when he has to

You've been overly biased against him. Isn't he leading the league in OPS against right handed pitching?

It's always been his stronger side. Perhaps the front office knows more about it than the common fan.

As of late, I'd say his bat has contributed to more wins than his glove has to losses. Also definitely matters more when the pitcher is hard to run on regardless.

Damn, I'll miss seeing him give up 6 runs to the Astros.

We completely disagree about Conger, I know that and it's cool.

He may not be the worst defensive catcher I've ever seen in MLB, but he's in the (very short) conversation. Defense is kinda important at that position, even this common fan knows that. That's not bias, he *is* that bad behind the plate. I would have no problems if they DH'd him against some RHP. He probably would make a fine DH the way he's hitting from that side.

Honestly against a lot of teams I would rather see Conger start. His bat is just that much better. Castro has had some big games recently but prior to that he was a joke.

Kershaw leaves after 8 IP up 3-0 and Jensen proceeds to allow the first two batters to reach with no outs. Hope the Dodgers don't blow it!

I think the constant rotation at catcher hurts Castro. I don't get it.

July was the first month in which the Astros did not have a .500+ winning percentage.

Frustrating we let last night slip away. Had a chance to really separate ourselves.

lowrie seems to have a little trouble getting the ball across the diamond.

don't know if he's timid, or his arm just isn't that strong.
