Not worried about the Rangers for the next year or two. Darvish and Hamels wouldn't fix all their other issues.
Look at his career stats, all sorts of stats. Guy has already won a WS with the Phillies back in '08. Big game pitcher, I will take twice on Sundays.

Starlin Castro got pulled in the 8th in a double switch. Some people talking about a potential #HugWatch

Would rather not, but if he was the difference in getting Hamels or not, then yes I would I just think if Lowrie and Springer are healthy, adding Hamels could be the final piece to a World Series For a city with 2 Championships ever
Of all these top guys we are talking about Only Aopel was a first round guy Luhnow can replenish prospects, I'm confident of that And if we lose 3-4 good ones, we will still have more prospect depth than almost everyone else
Sorry but he's formerly a dominant pitcher on the back end of his career. I hate to tell you, but there are plenty of guys like that in the big leagues. He won a WS in 2008, only a mere 8 years ago! His stats are ok, but not elite. He's certainly not worth a package or multi-top 10 prospects and a $23 million(!) salary. I'd much rather keep our young prospects and let the cream rise to the top. The team has enough as it is to win it all.
