Interested to see what happens to him. Luhnow had mentioned that Bregman will remain a SS in the system, so not sure what the plans are at this point in time. My initial thought when we drafted him would be that Correa would eventually move to 3rd base, leaving room for Bregman at SS.
Also...

RHP Edison Frias has been promoted to AA Corpus Christi. I think the JetHawks had 2 open roster spots.
I think SS is a more valuable defensive position and I'd really hate to lose Correa's defense at that position. However, I think it's his size that is going to dictate the move if it happens. Wasn't that the scouting report on him during the draft?
Didn't think about that, but definitely a possibility. Valbuena will be a FA after 2016, and isn't good enough to be a lock anyway. Lowrie would still be a potential road block.
Plus we have to see how Colin Moran finishes the year, he is coming on extremely strong at CC. Moving him to 3rd might just be opening a spot for one prospect by blocking another. It's funny, as successful as we've been this year, the enitire team could look completely different next season. Springer, Correa and Altuve are the only people I'm confident will be starting for us next year.
10 game hitting streak for Moran with double today. Next year's Spring Training could be very interesting. Moran/Lowrie/Valbuena/White battle at 3rd. Marisnick/Phillips/Tucker/Hoes/Santana for 2 OF spots if Rasmus doesn't re-sign. White/Reed/Gattis/Carter/Singleton for 1B/DH. Suspect Astros trade a few guys in next days even if it is just AAA for A ball players.
