I sometimes eat wheat bread, but I want to completely give up bread for a week and see how my body feels and make it two, three or even months. Of course after a late night, some alcohol.... mind over matter stuff resistance.

Cut out the booze. Keep the bread.

Are you asking a question or is this a declarative sentence?

Everytime I try to cut down on my bread intake, I end up eating huge amounts of Cheetos.

Bread is ok but it all depends on when. It's tough to cut out all crabs and your body needs carbs for quick energy. I don't have bread after 6pm and the bread I do have is sprouted and very little.

Yes cut all that out. Wheat, flour, tortilla, dough, milk.

I have a friend that was always sick, didnt know why. I told her to cut it out. The gluten was messing her up. Constantly nauseous.

Your friend either has diabetes or is one of the few people that are unluckily allergic to Gluten.

Carbs aren't bad for you. You don't need to cut all of it out. You actually need to carb-load if you plan to expend a lot of energy in a few hours.

Sweet potatoes and brown rice are a good substitute. If you absolutely need a slice of bread, try Ezekiel sprouted grain bread.

Wait, why are you cutting out bread if you're just going to compensate with some other carb?

    Defeats the purpose

If you eat fruits and vegetables, you're eating carbs. It's about avoiding processed/refined carbs.

    TL;DR:

    Eat moderate portions.
    Avoid processed foods.

    Exercise.

Any diet that calls for cutting something totally out is dumb af, IMO.

Eating and living healthy doesn't require skipping all of the finer things in life.

You're gonna fail at this diet and it's going to be bad for your health. Stop doing crash diets and cutting out carbs or proteins or fats. You need all three. All three are essential. Stop being a fatty and control your portions. You have will power. ****ing use it.
