    There were too many cheesy moments to overcome the few cool scenes -- looks like a very low budget B movie.

    The entire movie looks dark, as in not a lot of light, whatsoever.

    I'm no filmmaker, but it seems like they could play with a light and shadow motif.

    I'm not a huge anime fan, but Attack on Titan is pretty great. Only one I like more than that one is the original Berserk.

    My daughter loves anime, and I often watch them with her, but, those two really stand out to me.

    The anime looks a LOT more interesting to me:

    Wouldn't it be "Attack on titans"? Or do they only attack one titan? I think I am missing something, unless the poor translation is a point of pride.

    Meh, these type of anime do not translate well into live action because of cheesiness.

    Something like Steins Gate would make a much better live action movie.

    There's an animated movie that condenses the entire season if all you want is cool scenes.

    The pacing is slow and stretched out with a bit of flashbacks for the regular season

    The name has always bugged the crap out of me. It should be "Attack on the Titans". I thought it was soing to be space opera science fiction anime about someone attacking one of Saturn's moons when I turned it on.

    Steins;Gate>>>> all other anime except MAYBE FMA Brotherhood.
