Whoever it is needs to be good enough to start or be a backup. Having a good rebounding 3rd stringer is not going to affect the team's rebounding as much. Since Dwight and Clint are good enough, he needs to be good enough to replace Terrence Jones or Corey Brewer. Or it needs to be Terrence Jones or Corey Brewer.

"Elite" 3 point shooting is so overrated. We had one of those - remember Troy Daniels. You need to be able to play on both ends. You think Steve Novak is going to win us a championship? Y'all need to end your infatuation with the Craig Hodges' of the world already.

Why didn't the Rockets go after players like Kevin Love or Chris Bosh????

Man, you guys are making me think we should get Boozer instead of Hayes. I really like Hayes all around game and post defense but he has probably lost his quickness from sitting on the bench all of these years. Boozer is still surprisingly an effect shooter and rebounder although I can't stand him.

Does anyone think Morey will give out a couple more vet min contracts to have guys like Hayes and Boozer battle it out for the 3rd string PF/C position? He did that a couple of years ago with Reggie Williams, Omri Casspi and some other vet.

I guess since we are close to the apron we can't give out multiple vet min contracts since that will cost us.

This is going to be on DMo and TJ. We can go grab Chuck or Boozer, but those guys aren't going to be on the floor enough to make a real impact. DMo and TJ both have worked at getting stronger, now it's all effort.
