If Ty can stay straight off the court this is a steal for us, if not we are in some issues and drama.
Only reason I didn't want Lawson before because of his off-court issues AND I thought we would have to trade more significant pieces to get him. We basically traded nothing for him and if his off-court issues continue to happen I believe it won't be a huge issue since we basically have the same team as last year and can afford to bench him.
I'm really tired of this "Harden needs the ball" myth that is being perpetuated. Harden dominates the ball because he has to dominate the ball, we had no other playmakers. These 2 will be great together, plus the 10-15 minutes they play without each other every night. I'm even happier about this now then I was when I went to sleep last night.

Only now realized the Rox would actually RECEIVE a 2nd round pick. Considering the Nuggs are gonna be tanking this will likely be a high 2nd rounder...meaning it will have more value than the low first rounder the Rox gave them. Damn....hope this trade doesnt get rescinded by the league for being so lopsided, what were the Nuggs FO thinking?
I think giving a #1 draft was too much since the nuggets was really wanting to get rid of Ty...maybe other team were in the mix in wanting him so Morey had to sweeten the deal with a pick.
Warmly welcome 'The Showstopper' to H-town. Ya but that 1st round pick will, in all likelyhood be in the 25-30 range and the 2nd round pick we get will most likely be in the 32-38 range, Really not a big deal at all.
Rockets = Top 2 Shooting Guard Top 6 Point Guard Top 3 Center Top 5 Defensive SF 7' Playmaking PF who's not afraid of the wolves Go Rockets!
Given how bad the Nuggets will be (2nd rd pick in the mid to low 30s) and that our pick will likely be in the mid to low 20s, we *probably* only gave up 10 or 12 slots in the draft here at most.

Ball not sticky Strong at finishing through contact (at least for drawing fouls) Gonna be a GREAT tendem to have James and Li'l James
