    what happens is the zooming and panning of the map are basically useless..

    its running at like 1 frames per minute lol

    Yeah Intel HD integrated graphics can't run much in the way of modern games. :p Why don't you put that bitcoin to use and build a desktop computer. :)

    We do have a newer dell PC that I can try it on.

    If I have the game installed on Mac via steam, will I be able to load and play it on a new PC with my steam acct?

    Yup. When you buy a Steam game you are buying that game for all desktop platforms. Linux/SteamOS/PC/Mac
