A ton of old films use 'hell' and 'damn' but are those even considered swear words now? 1967 and onward is when films started using 'f-ck.' So anything before 1967 is good. Citizen Cane, Double Indemnity, The Searchers, Sullivan's Travels, etc...

I didn't mean to ask for childrens movies. I wanted grown up movies that can be for young teens too.

Wall-E was a great movie despite little to no dialog.

Off the top of my head I would say Star Wars and Back to the Future. Virtually all movies made before the 70's were profanity free.

Forrest Gump had some adult subject matter, but not much explicit. Don't think the Sixth Sense had any profanity either.

You could just watch the edited version of them. What an odd topic..

Pretty much Spielberg's entire body of work then. My nephew (13) absolutely loved Empire of the Sun. I told him it starred batman when he was his age. He loved Yojimbo and a Fist Full of Dollars too. I just picked up the Collectors Edition of 'Kingdom of Heaven' and he liked the roadshow directors cut of it.

Glory I think would be great for teens. The N-word is used a lot though but it is a historical movie and puts the word in context.
