Not losing any sleep over this.

He had a few spectacular games, but had many more poor games.

Maybe he will pull a DeAndre Jordan.... lol

Seriously, we pick up Thornton and they added Smith and Stephenson....They got better

and we barely beat them in the playoffs anyways and the savior was Josh

If he's saying he wanted a more defined role, which he would get unless one on D-Mo/Jones is gone, then why are folks calling Morey cheap? He will get more PT there if both PFs are back.

I have a feeling the Clips are going to try to play Smoove @ the 3 and its going to be a disaster. Blake was avg 35 mins last year and 40 in the playoffs

The Rockets have an interesting mix of big men in the mix in some degree.
Capela breaking out alone makes the loss of Smith a mere brush of the shoulder. Pair that with the rookies like Harrell, Williams and Wood, who i think will all be on the roster to some capacity come preseason and Josh leaving seems so much more smaller.

He will play the 5 small ball .

Clearly SA , Clip, and GS separated them self from the rest by a long shot

Josh, if you fell for that one, then you're as dumb as your on-court expression suggests.

Unless "defined role" means you'll start at the 3. Which Doc will abandon after 10 games.

Hopefully about the time your Chicken Little self never posts here again.

Morey often makes his moves later in the summer anyway.

Josh Smith helped us lose as often as he helped us win. Not a huge loss.

I expect overreactions from the GARM, but even I'm a little shocked about the magnitude of the freakout over Smith.

He was OK for us, bad more often then good, and is very replaceable.

The last sentence expresses that you don't know basketball at all. Seriously.

This is a free talk basketball forum. Don't be acting so naive like this.

BTW, please don't quote my words again. Thanks.

I surely did not agree with the last sentence. He may have lost us some regular season games but in the playoffs he beasted more than he lost us games....

Huge loss for the playoffs.... he was dynamite duo with old pal Dwight

We were short of personnel then and short of personnel now..playoff tested personnel that is

Lawson or Lowry....other than that long season, Maori

Alright... then how often does it happen that another Josh will come around and we only pay him like a lot less than the 15 millions that was owed to him

have to laugh when you hear the clips have him in the mix for playing at the 3.......

his D/rim protection and his passing will be missed and make a nice 3 man rotation with Blake and DJ...

your move mooooorey, that an offseason development of DMo, TJ and Capella
