Was just pointing out that White Women are the primary beneficiaries of affirmative action (and also the civil rights and women's rights movements) and Black people (especially Black men) shouldn't be blamed for it like they are the primary beneficiaries. But obviously you want the world to believe that affirmative action is all about the Black folks.

But it's probably bothering White men though considering how high their suicide rate is.

Very telling that another poster agreed with my statement but you ignore asking them this question.

what does "even in Cincinnati" refer to? Cincy is one of the most anti-black racist cities in America.

Yeah well you're both full of it as far as I'm concerned. You revel in the double standard of white privilege.

Oh I'm full of it all right.

How the heck do I revel in white privilege? What does that even mean? I'm white, what do you want me to do about it? It isn't like I had a choice and I'm certainly not going to apologize for it.

You revel in something unhealthy that isn't going to help you excel in this world.

As long as you believe that people have power over you, they do.

Unfortunately it means that you have failed to understand the incredible benefits you have had your entire life simply by virtue of being white that aren't afforded to those who are non-white. You don't have to apologize for it but you should be embarrassed about how ignorant you are about it.

Thanks for the trite phrases. That's just what minorities need today, a better attitude regarding their second class status in America.

Umm...but people DO have power over you. If police asks you to pull over are you allowed to keep driving and ignore them?

I mean you can believe that they don't but it won't get you very far. Might get you killed today.

You truly are a troll. I ask you a question about a comment you made and you assume all the worst and refuse to even answer the question. I fully understand what white privilege is though I'm not sure you do. You are not a second class citizen, you have all the rights of every other citizen in this country. You sir are one of the most handicapped people I believe I have ever encountered.

Typically you have to have broken the law for this to occur at which point you gave control to the police officer. The officer is given the power to arrest you for breaking the law but you are the one that broke the law and gave him that power.

Some officers are not so clear on what breaking the law means... Like it or not, if the speed limit is 60 and you are going 61 you have given power to the cops.

Yeah...typically. But this isn't always the case for some people. For some people they raise suspicions by simply existing.

Point is, if an officer asks you to do something you better do it because the consequences will never be anything positive for you.

I don't like being around the mentally immature at all. Just can't stand teens and am terrified when my kid becomes one.

The one person that agrees with you or the rest of the world that sees that you have serious Daddy issues and are a misogynist?

White women are the primary beneficiary of affirmative action? First I like how you didn't just say "women"... but "white women". Shouldn't they be the biggest beneficiary? They are the largest population of the protected classes. Also, women were the last class to get the right to vote, own property in many cases and there still hasn't been a female President.... that doesn't even get into rape and a number of other issues.

Obviously I want the world to believe that affirmative action is about black folks? Yeah.... and I believe that you are the King of Spain.

What I HOPE for, is that one day the Reptilians will take you to the mother planet so you can educate them about........

    The Jewish conspiracy.
The white plan by P. Parenthood to commit genocide against black women.
    The 9-11 "Truth"
The fact that men who want children are manipulated by women
That sage fatherly advice is to "ask your mother, women make the best pimps"

Feel free to add others.... I am sure there is more.

Actually in my post I said affirmative action was more about gender than race. And that women (particularly white women) are the primary beneficiaries of the policies. And that black people (particularly black men) shouldn't be blamed for it. So I never singled out white women, nor did I say anything about who should or shouldn't be the biggest beneficiaries.

I'd welcome in listen to a logical rebuttal to that statement if you have one... Instead of you just bytch'n.

The thing about teenagers in a group is there's highly fueled hormones to act and say on impulse. Life experiences sometimes help people but there are some that never learn from anything and become haters 24/7. When I see a group of teams I quickly move to the opposite side of the street whenever possible.

So? Is anyone contesting that women or as you made sure to bold "white" women have benefitted from affirmative action? Gender is a protected class, and women have historically suffered discrimination. Shouldn't it be applauded that that a traditionally under represented group has had great success since inclusion under affirmative action? Shouldn't that fact be used to show that affirmative action can be successful?

Also you did single out white women... Who is singling out black men as the reason/blame for affirmative action? It was championed by white politicians and ruled Constitutional by a white Supreme Court. As far as people thinking that it is race related, I believe that the original origin was race related and it was expanded. Most people I know are very aware that gender is protected and considered in affirmative action. I suppose Fox News or hardcore conservatives may not agree... but as someone that hires people, I am very aware of gender as a consideration when hiring people.

I bolded "white women" because they benefit disproportionately from affirmative action over actual minorities. And whenever affirmative action is brought up in conversation, it is usually delegated to black folks. And it's not about contesting anything _ it's about black folks being used as scapegoats for affirmative action when they shouldn't be...

There's a lot of liberals who don't know this either because left wing media is quite about it. They like to keep black folks stupid.

There's a thread about affirmative action and there are people complaining that guys like Grant Hill got into college because of affirmative action. Lol...
