Any ways, the Martin case is done and passed. I think a large problem is you have a significant group of people making complaints about something and people love to just ignore it and say it's all the media or this and that and they don't even experience it. It's like whether the media "instigated" it is kind of irrelevant to the point being made you know?

Just want to point out that it can be argued that affirmative action is more about gender than it is about race. Women (particular white women) are the main beneficiaries of the policies and the main ones to sue over them. But yet the hustlers are upset at black people when it comes to affirmative action but they go in hush-mouth mode when it comes to how much white women benefit from it.
