Well, sorry, of course a not signed (rejected) offer would not be registered with the NBA.

Well if there was something signed there would already be a Woj bomb.

Wait a minute. We did the same with Bev and then signed him to a contract. We didn't match any other team's offer sheet. So that shouldn't be the case with McDaniels. If the Rockets want to, they should be able to sign him to a contract without having to wait for another team to make an offer.

Well thank you very much for your kind words.:)
Kjis a free agent. His agent can talk with other teams all he wants and negotiate a price. Kj can meet with other teams. If he has unless there is a report we would never know. And no not unsigned contracts are registered to the league. That's how Phil Jackson pretended this offseason that he didn't offer Monroe the max to save his face. All we know right now is that Kj hasn't signed anything yet, but we don't know what he has been offered yet.

That Wilson Chandler extension is VERYYYY interesting. Denver was asking for a first. Now that he is extended he is worth more.

count.. with Bev we had full bird rights. With kj we don't have we only have early bird rights. Unless he signs an offersheet all we can offer him is the qo.

Certainly of course. A player can sign any contract they want. It seems Morey is playing a waiting game. It is easy to assign market value to KJ. Basically not much. Smith is a completely different matter. He could stay with the Rockets for $2.5M or a team could offer him $12.5M.

First you don't speak english very well and then you are an expert. If you use your misunderstood definition Deron Williams is not a prospect. But unfortunately your understanding is wrong. Ty Lawson is a potential prospect. Sergio Llull was a pg prospect for the Rockets. Austin Rivers is a young prospect with some potential. All of these mean possibilities for the team that wants to sign them, even possibilities for success.

All of the remaining FA's are prospects to other NBA teams. It doesn't matter how many people agree with you prospect doesn't mean potential to improve. Just because everyone uses the word wrong doesn't make it right and just because I use it correct and you refuse to agree otherwise doesn't make you right. Your english is not bad but you still have a ways to go.

As far as what cyber said, I don't claim to know. I only said he is not getting the full MLE and I doubt we would match much more than half. Which means about 3 mil max. I would like TJ to resign with the Rockets but for less than half the MLE. I do think he is a decent prospect (which means someone who possibly help this team not potential) but I do not see him worth anything close to full MLE. IF YOU DISAGREE THEN JUST DISAGREE

Actually not. A player on such an expensive contract is worth much less. If Wilson was on a rookie contract he might be worth a fortune. Right now he is just some slightly overpaid veteran.

i disagree adn find your definition of prospect as it comes to basketball HILLARIOUS and something you just made up to excuse your lack of argument. Just because someone doesn't speak good english and make a mistake doesn't mean they don't know what prospect MEANS as a basketball term. And what you are describing as a prospect for basketball (Ty Lawson, Deron Williams) is definitely NOT.

Adelman lives in Portland, even when he was coaching elsewhere.

So I'd guess he means Sacramento. I'm not too keen on Collison like everyone else seems to be.

nope because of the cap rise next year and the year after. Normally you would be correct because it is a long contract but with the cap rise 4/46 is a great contract. Now the team who wants to trade for him won't lose him but will have him under team control for multiple years on the cheap. (in the new cap reality).
Let me remind you that a rookie max (no rose rule) for someone drafted in 2013 will be 25 million dollars.

Any player who has been in the league for longer than 3 years isn't a prospect anymore.

KJ, Exum, Noel, Wiggins, Nick Johnson are all prospects. Deron Williams, Boogie, Smoove, Lawson, and ect. are NOT prospects. Stop arguing over semantics.

People need to quit pretending like KJ McDaniels has no hope to be on this team anymore. You guys were the same ones dismissing Capela and completely angry at him for taking Jeff Adrien's roster spot. Get out of here with that.

THANK YOU. It seems arguing about Deron Williams at age 31 not being a prospect makes you a troll! WTF.
