Lol at someone calling folk sensitive because he doesn't understand the issue. The point made was a) Africa is far from one homogeneous state when it comes to diet, 2) citing a data point about Central Africa from someone South African calls into question the validity of the data, and iii) Chad Ford is not going to be a credible source of the effects of West African diet on healing feet. Doesn't seem "sensitive" at all, rather informative.
As someone who has some professional insight into this, I can pretty much say that the "African diet" stuff is BS. Has nothing to do with his feet or bone density.
I didnt make it up myself if thats what you are implying. And chad ford just repeated info that was said by professionals scouts and doctors and gms in the nba francises. I personally have no idea what people in central africa eat and thats why i asked my most related source who was from that continent. I am no doctor and dont know if the african diet is poor in calcium and proteins personally but thats what PROFESSIONALS at the time of the draft feared about.
No, I am not implying that at all. I actually don't assume your intent in any way. I was responding to MarioElie17 for seeming to take a shot at Ferrari (primarily) for challenging your post, where I think there was a lot of good information. To blow his response off as sensitive was what I was responding to.

lakers rebuilt faster than these guys in a flash with clarkson, Russell, randall, black never got on that hinkie rebuild bandwagon
I thought it was a dumb pick at the time. A stress fracture before the rookie season is a huge red flag. It's no joke. Maybe he recovers and has a decent career, but I doubt it.
tariq black on the los angeles lakers. wow what a rebuild. just give them a few years and you are almost promised a few titles
u didn't get it, didn't say anything about championship, they have a better team way faster after having a injured kobe
That's why you don't draft centers with bad feet. That type of injury on a player that young. Red flag.
