    An oral agreement is an oral agreement. It is not binding. It is not the best move to renege on an oral agreement as such, but Fegan has often steered his clients in his best interest. Fegan should represent the player, not Mark Cuban.

    Now if DJ actually signed on the contact but forced the Mavs to mutually agree to cancel it a couple days after signing, that would be terrible. That ranks up there with players demanding trades to certain teams or else refusing to play.

    Oh what will happen to Parsons status as THE best recruiter in the NBA? Will all the free agents in the future scoff at his advances? Will he relinquish the crown he has given himself? Parsons, Parsons, Parsons (SMH)... And to think, he had the best 5 in the league to play with.... Now he's just stuck with Mr. Achilles, the best 2 guard in the NBA. What a disgrace.

    Uh, it's not like at midnight, Jordan's name magically appears on a contract with the Clippers. If he wants to meet Cuban before making his final decision, he'll do so. The Clippers are acting childish.

    Sad part...neither team had his best interests at heart...Its just business. DJ messed up the moment he used emotions to dictate his FA. Cant give Dwight enough credit, the dude spent enough time by himself to make an informed decision after meeting with all the candidates. He felt his best business decision was the Rockets...

    If DJ took the time to make an informed decision for himself, he wouldve come to the same conclusion as all of us thought would be best for him...STAY in LA. Unfortunately, his emotional/mental makeup is wafer thin and hence why the entire Clipper organization wont leave till he signs on the dotted line.

    Expecting Mark Cuban and Parsons to get a private helicopter to whisk him into the Houston air and try convincing him to stay in Texas...and then he looks across the Houston skyline and realizes...FCK DALLAS...:)
