Nobody was crying foul that the league was going to punish the Lakers when the media was falsely reporting that Dwight was on a plane to LA to change his mind after committing to the Rockets two years ago.

 

But Bosh didn't do the same thing. He never verbally committed to the Rockets. At least Morey never said he did. It was just assumed that he was going to come here if LeBron returned to Cleveland, but that was before Riley offered him a 5-year max deal.

nailed it...that's exactly what I'm saying. He wouldn't be allowing this to happen if he weren't strongly leaning towards staying in place....and they wouldn't be travelling here if they weren't given a strong indication of his willingness to stay in LA.
