I'll be shocked if they renounce Mills, who won them their last championship with his shooting. We do need shooters alongside Harden. If Mills becomes available...

Sounds about right. If healthy, GSW & OKC will be at the top. Spurs, Memphis & Rockets will be right behind - I think Spurs getting LMA is a net positive, but their bench will definitely get weaker with the move. Clippers, Pelicans, Suns, Mavericks, Jazz all will be very competitive (depending on how the rest of FA plays out), but the West will be very top heavy next year.

Not salty about LMA's decision. Max cap space in 2016 Offseason for a Conley, Horford, Durant, MLE + trade assets for 2015 Offseason, coming off a WCF appearance and an MVP-level season from a 25 y/o Harden.

    We good.

He's always been a poor FT shooter.

I want Scola or Stoudemire to replace him and for us to acquire a TPE in a sign and trade should Smith leave.

Someone started a Lou Williams thread. Wouldn't mind him as backup to Harden.. Would probably command MLE.. I'm okay with that if we can get Scola or Stoudemire.

    What is Joseph's contract like?

Can K-Pap's non guaranteed and Prigioni's partially guaranteed contracts get it done?

We need D Mo to ball out. The league is getting better. We need our own guys to develop and get to all-star caliber. Just one would be enough.

You're not alone, I think he's better too but he needs to play better defense

His defense is pretty good, not as athletic as Jones and Smith but he's always in the right spot.

Dmo can be close to LA offensively. But rebounding and health are problems for him. Plus he will be a RFA next year right? Might lose him after this year.

if we do a s+t for joseph though it will help the spurs clearing capspace. Do we want to do that?

Does Aldridge play defense? He makes 5 more shots than Dmo roughly, per game on higher usage and a 1st option. Wait until DMo starts playing 30+ MPG. I didn't say as of this moment Dmo is the better player, only that with a more rounded game he will end up the better player. Opinions, ya know?

I don't think DMo is a better player than LMA, but he's a better fit with the Rockets and is a steal for the money he's paid. Give it a few years and there's a solid chance DMo is straight up better than LMA though.

DMo has lots to prove. Show me a playoff game where DMo has dominated anyone...

Morey needs to make a big move now. The power shift is towards the Spurs now. We have to upgrade our PG position bad

Anybody know how much SAS might have left to match Joseph after this?
