I'm sure Cuban is sending Fegan a finders fee under the table for any of Fegan's players who signs with Dallas .
Worth noting: we have no one signed beyond 2017-18 (3 seasons from now). That last year now only has Harden, Ariza, Brewer and a Capela team option. I expect Morey to keep flexibility around that time to retain Harden and sign any other big names
Exactly. That's what I was saying. The Rockets are in a great position ongoing regarding the cap. http://hoopshype.com/salaries/houston_rockets/

Glad the Rockets retained Brewer. I'm more comfortable letting Bev walk versus Brewer. I like Bev as a player but the injuries keep on mounting for him. Best case scenario is we get a nice trade exception for Bev, retain Smith, and move some minor pieces (or Ariza, depending on the player) with the trade exception and get a much needed PG. This lets us gain more chemistry with our core as well as nets us (potentially) another guy who can get his own shot. I'd actually prefer this happening over getting LA.

If im not mistaken we have only AGREED to sign brewer, SO if LMA wants to come here we can still sign him THEN go over the cap and sign brewer since we own his bird rights. Am I correct?
