All reports said cp3 and dj had the problem not cp3 and griffin. They wont trade them ballmer will try to do what the lakers did this season and go get a star next summer.

LMA chase Really down to just three teams Suns, Spurs, Rockets...no leaks at all. That's a good thing.
I wouldn't put the Spurs that high, at this current moment. With Monroe gone, their only hope is getting LMA... They traded away Splitter for peanuts and let Baynes and Marco go for nothing. They haven't improved their roster one bit while trying to woo LMA. If they don't get LMA, it could be some trouble for them. If the Spurs do get LMA, then they are without a doubt a top 2/3 team in the West. All hope is on LMA choosing them, right now. I think the Rockets will make moves to maintain their top 2/3 seeding. Of course, if we get LMA we will fight for the 1 seed with GSW but if not, Morey has shown he can create seemingly out of nothing. At the end of the day, Houston still has 2 top 10 players which include a top 3 talent in Harden and, if the playoffs showed anything, arguably one of the most destructive forces in the NBA in Howard, a great cast of role players and a solid identity.

At this point, if we don't get LMA, Hope he stays in Portland or goes to Phoenix, that just pushes us up the ladder. If he goes to San Antonio, that pushes us down.
