I might be reaching a bit, but imagine seeing things through LMA's eyes, you sign with the Spurs and who's gonna gaurd Jordan when you play against the Mavs? Now if you sign with Houston you at least play with a center(probably the only center that can match up evenly against DJ) in Dwight. It's sutble things like this that I think can sway a players decision.
I will eat it it all and feed him wisconsin beer and cheese to get even fatter for anderson. The kid will be great.
Good point. They are really relying on Parsons penetration ability, and he's nowhere close to Ellis in that category. They've got inside out covered, but when teams front Jordan and shooters, they don't really have a counter punch.
Um, your English is five million times better than my Greek, but you, uh, might want to stipulate "eat Felton's contract." Otherwise you could be saying something else. "Not that there's anything wrong with that." - Seinfeld
You know if Chandler signed with another team that wasn't chasing Aldridge as well, the Mavs could pull of a S&T, with Chandler and a small filler going out. Harris / Felton Matthews Parsons / Jefferson Aldridge / Dirk Jordan / Dirk That'd be pretty fun. But I doubt the Suns do a S&T to facilitate that.
Seriously that is a great point. I hope Aldridge is thinking like you. It's smart that he does sign with Houston looking at it that way.
Good luck with that...as far as I can tell, Felton is going to be the one doing all the eating. #powerpointguard
Yeah, the replaced Monta with a guy coming off a torn Achilles, an injury that is a career killer for pretty much everyone that has ever suffered it in the NBA. Best case scenario he's looking at one or two more high level seasons before he'll be garbage.

In: Wes Mathews Deandre Jordan Out: Monta Ellis Tyson Chandler Rajon Rondo JJ. Barrea They have no real PG, two wings coming off major surgery, no depth and Dirk is a year older. The lack of depth is going to put a ton of pressure on those surgically repaired knees, and an old dirk. They are an injury away from falling out of the playoffs.
Another way of looking at it though is DJ just left a championship quality team because he wanted to be "the man" elsewhere. The rumors are Aldridge also wants to be the man on his new team too. He would get that in San Antonio but not in Houston.
