Dekker can be traded as long as he hasn't signed.

Does LMA give Knicks their meeting now?

I really think Stuckey would be a fantastic scoring option off the bench -- word was there is mutual interest but that we have him waiting while we wait on LMA. Would be sad if the Cavs scooped him... he would be GREAT for them.

I think they only have 8M in cap space now (with no real way to clear any more).

Stuckey would require a S&T or using the some or all of the MLE. I don't think the Rockets are ready for either of those scenarios. They still want to be able to match a KJ signing if needed.

Doesn't that mean the Knicks can now only offer Brewer as much as the Rockets can?

Didnt Bima say Rolo gets a contract like this it makes it more likely the rockets can meet or beat the most the Knicks offer brewer?

Do we really want Brewer and Bev back at 8M+ each?

Brew would prefer his role from last season on the Rockets to starting for the Lakers, but he also wants to get paid. You can't blame him for that.

    capologists....

since we can go above the cap to sign Brew and Bev, is there a scenario where we could get Aldridge, retain our existing roster, and retain those two also? Obviously this doesn't include potnetial outgoing players in a sign and trade. I'm just curious if it's possible from a cap stanpoint.

With the cap jump, those will be perfectly fine contracts, IMO. I'm sure others would disagree, though, which is fair.
